Jumpsuit: asos | Sunnies: old Banana Republic [similar] | Earrings: Francesca's [similar] | Necklace: Charming Charlie | Bracelet and Watch: Premier Designs | Purse: old but loving this one
Ever since Tyler told me he thought I'd look good in a jumpsuit and I whipped out my never-worn, tags-still-on, grey one to surprise him in Vegas.. I've been addicted! They are so easy to throw on and you don't have to match a top and bottom. Despite the fact that they're pants, they are usually made with lighter fabric and actually pretty cool - plus, unlike its cousin the maxi-dress your legs don't stick together when it's hot out. Added bonus: I haven't found one yet that is uncomfortable. The only downside I see to these one-piece wonders is the fact that you have to completely undress to go to the bathroom - not exactly my first concern.
Due to the busy print on this jumpsuit, I kept the necklace simple and went with white arm candy to bring out the white background. Looking back - I wish I had worn my white purse! I'll be the first to admit that the print/color on the purse I chose clashes with the jumpsuit but the handle on my plain rattan purse broke off and I wanted to keep the tropical theme so I grabbed this one on the way out.
Happy Monday! Here's to hoping you have a great week!

I am so in love with all of the new graphic prints this summer, especially the pineapples! I purchased the dress pictured above during J. Crew Factory's 50% off sale and absolutely adore it despite having to send it back for another size! [may want to go a size up on this dress if you're larger in the chest area]. The two Target tanks are so fun and perfect for summer. Coming from California, I had forgotten how HOT the East Coast can get with humidity - these were not a planned Target purchase [what ever is?!] but I was so hot running errands one day that I grabbed them thinking I'd slip into them later if need be. Modeled after my favorite Target v-neck tees, they're light and breathable as well as an amazing steal at under $10! The cute palm tree tee is on sale at J. Crew and also comes in a cute white with gold foiled palms! Links for each item are listed below!
Top Left: J. Crew Factory Pineapple Dress | Top Right/Bottom Left: Target Merona® Slub Tanks | Bottom Right: J. Crew Palm Tee
Also crazy popular this year is the palm leaves print, I just haven't personally found anything I love for myself! Have a great weekend!

I discovered Zara through Instagram and although there are [what I would consider] few stores in the US, San Francisco of course has two! The sizing was a little different to get down since it's European, and although it would say the US size, it wasn't always accurate [or the US sizes aren't accurate to begin with - who's for a universal pattern to make all sizes equal?!] but being able to try things on in store helps! Plus I'm pretty sure the website is free shipping and free returns [awesome].
I currently have a pair of Zara shoes, a shirt my sister hates, and a pair of pants and I'm thinking I need to add one of these cute Spring jackets to my mini Zara collection!
[clockwise from top left]

1. Round Neck Coat With Zip
Let's start with the fact that it's pink. I can envision wearing this casually, or on a romantic night out, or Easter Sunday, or to a wedding, or out to coffee.. or anywhere. It's simple enough to be casual, yet the color and classy lines make this coat elegant as well. My only concern is the cropped arms - not 100% sure about the style especially since I have long arms already! Seriously, they're abnormal.

2. Fabric Coat With Zip
Need a coat to match anything you wear this Spring? This is the jacket for you! Neutrals go with anything and this cute I personally love how they casually paired it with jeans and a simple blouse on the website! The zipper is not my favorite, but that could always easily be changed!

3. Coat With Pockets
I am obsessed with this one. I love the color yellow, so bright and happy, plus the details in the pockets and even the sleeves add an even more fun and modern element [more pictures on Zara's website]! I also love that the zipper starts at about waist-line instead of at the bottom of the coat - this makes sitting down so much easier!

4. Wool Coat in Green
This one is an example of something that doesn't look great on the hanger but looks so cute on [see the pictures on the website]! Made of wool, this is the perfect jacket for those of you who are excited for Spring looks but the weather has cooler plans. Available in both "Tangerine" and my personal favorite; green!

Spring is so close I can feel it. But really.. in California, we can ;) sorry Midwest and East-Coasters!
These are some of my favorite Target finds for the upcoming season!
[Clockwise from Upper Left]

1. Popover Favorite Shirt in Cycle Print - Merona®
Cute little pink bicycles adorn this breezy blouse - perfect to pair with white jeans and a jean jacket for cooler evenings or bright colored shorts for the daytime.
2. Lakitia Sandals in Gold Glitter - Mossimo Supply Co.
I saw these last year and regret not getting them.. I mean, they're gold glitter, what's not to love?
3. Pedestal Taper Vase - Threshold™
There's just something so romantic and Spring-timey about pastel tulips draping out of a simple white vase!
4. Rain Boot Candle - Threshold™
I am in love with this candle! Reminds me of Hunter boots! I keep it on a mini cake stand next to my sink in the kitchen, and I will never burn it!

Sorry for the lack of posts - squeezing a lot in right now before the big move in April! Hoping to have more time in the upcoming weeks!

Birthday Favorites

Seeing as my birthday is in a week and 2 days, it only felt appropriate to use some of my Birthday Wishlist as my favorites this Friday. Feel free to ship any/all items to Megan P.. haha kidding. Kinda.
Picture
1. Lollia Wish Eau De Parfum - Anthropologie
I love perfume but I've had a hard time finding one that sticks. I've sampled this twice while in Anthro and have been able to smell its goodness all day!
2. Black and White Stripe Skirt - Recycled Consign & Design
Black, white, and classy. PARTYSKIRTS had a similar one on SHOP by Monika that was almost quadruple the price and pretty much sold out immediately..
3.  Calligraphy Starter Kit - L. H. Calligraphy
There are two things I want to learn before having kids: calligraphy and sewing. Since I currently have no room for a sewing machine, calligraphy comes first.
4. Gold Sequin Loafers - Mindy Mae's Market
Uhm.. they're gold, and sparkly, and inexpensive. Need I say more?

Also appreciated: funny birthday cards. I love laughing! And Prayers for complete healing of my sprained foot. I'd like to go skiing for my birthday as originally planned.
No pressure, though.

1. Gold Crystal Pave Link Bracelet - Yuni Kelley
I always get complemented on this bracelet! I loved the J. Crew version but not the size [ok.. I also wasn't a fan of the price!] - she makes all different sizes to fit even small wrists like mine!

2. Leopard Loafers - Mindy Mae's Market
Definitely a #LookforLess item! Love the idea of leopard print loafers but don't want to spend crazy amounts of money on a pair of shoes I'll only wear occasionally!

3. Leopard Print Faux Fur Hooded Coat - Maykool
I had a leopard faux fur coat as a child, and if my arms weren't the length of Michael Jordan's, it would still fit! Found this one on Google and love the hood and peacoat-inspired toggle buttons!

4. Foldover Clutches in Pink Pastel and Jade Jewel - K. Slade Made
Clutches are probably the cutest things I have never invested in or worn. Crushing on these foldovers and especially love the tassle detail on the zipper!
